Wine tasting notes involve observing, smelling, and tasting a wine, focusing on its appearance, aroma, and taste. These notes can be organized by the "Five S's": sight, smell, swirl, sip, and savor, or by the four parts: look, smell, taste, and think. The goal is to identify specific characteristics like fruit, floral, or spice notes, as well as structural elements like acidity and tannin.
